We do not guarantee specific outcomes and no refunds will be issued based on dissatisfaction with aesthetic results.

  • Medical Disclaimer: Our services are cosmetic and non-medical. Teeth whitening is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any dental or medical conditions. Clients are encouraged to consult with their dentist prior to undergoing any whitening treatment, particularly if they have dental concerns or underlying conditions.

  • Consent & Responsibility: By booking a service with Bright White Co, clients acknowledge and accept this refund policy and legal disclaimer. Clients agree to follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions and assume full responsibility for their care during and after treatment.

Refund Policy - the basics

At Bright White Co, we value your time and business, and we strive to provide exceptional teeth whitening services in a timely and professional manner. To ensure fairness and efficiency for both clients and staff, we’ve established the following refund and cancellation policy:

  • Appointment Cancellations:

    • Clients who cancel 24 hours or more prior to their scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked service.

    • Failure to attend the appointment without prior notice (a “no-show”) may result in no refund being issued and may require prepayment for future bookings.

  • Refund Process:

    • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment.
